1. Introduction
At LAXMI ENTERPRISES, we are committed to creating a positive and respectful environment for all users of the parasuite360 software platform (“parasuite360,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Content Moderation Policy (also referred to as “Community Guidelines”) outlines the rules and guidelines for acceptable content and user conduct on the parasuite360 Platform. By using parasuite360, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. 2. Our Moderation Principles

- Transparency (where possible): We strive to be transparent about our content moderation policies and processes, within the bounds of user privacy and platform security.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following types of content and conduct are strictly prohibited on the parasuite360 Platform:
Illegal Content:
- Content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or legal standards, including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child endangerment.
- Terrorist content or promotion of terrorism.
- Hate speech and incitement to violence.
- Illegal goods and services (e.g., illegal drugs, weapons).
- Content that facilitates or promotes illegal activities.
- Infringement of intellectual property rights (copyright, trademarks, patents, etc.) – as detailed in our Copyright Policy.
- Content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or legal standards, including but not limited to:
Harmful and Abusive Content:
- Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or other protected characteristics.
- Harassment and Bullying: Content that targets individuals or groups with abusive, intimidating, threatening, or malicious intent. This includes cyberbullying, doxing (revealing private information without consent), and online stalking.
- Personal Attacks: Content that is intended to insult, demean, or personally attack other users.
- Threats and Violence: Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, or makes credible threats of violence against individuals or groups.
- Self-Harm and Suicide Promotion: Content that promotes, encourages, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
Offensive and Inappropriate Content:
- Obscene, Pornographic, or Sexually Explicit Content: Content that is excessively graphic, gratuitous, or primarily intended to cause arousal. This includes content depicting sexual acts, sexual body parts with the primary intention to cause arousal, or exploitation, abuse, or endangerment.
- Graphic Violence and Gore: Content that is excessively violent, gruesome, or shocking, and lacks reasonable sensitivity.
- Spam and Deceptive Practices:
- Spamming, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content.
- Misleading or deceptive content, including misinformation and disinformation that could cause harm.
- Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity.
- Fake accounts or automated account creation for malicious purposes.
Content Violating Privacy:
- Sharing private information of individuals without their consent (doxing).
- Unauthorized recording or sharing of private communications.
- Content that violates an individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy.
Platform Disruptive Conduct:
- Attempts to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the parasuite360 Platform.
- Use of bots, scripts, or other automated means to violate these guidelines or platform terms.
- Excessive use of platform resources in a way that negatively impacts other users.
4. Content Moderation Actions
When we determine that content or user conduct violates these Community Guidelines, we may take the following actions, at our sole discretion, depending on the severity and nature of the violation:
- Content Removal: Removing or disabling access to violating User-Generated Content.
- Content Editing: Modifying content to bring it into compliance with guidelines (where appropriate and feasible).
- Account Warning: Issuing a warning to the user about the violation.
- Account Suspension: Temporarily suspending a user’s account and access to the Platform.
- Account Termination: Permanently terminating a user’s account and access to the Platform.
- Reporting to Law Enforcement: In cases of illegal content or activities, we may report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
We will typically attempt to notify users of content moderation actions taken against their content or accounts, where feasible and legally permissible. However, we reserve the right to take action without prior notice in certain circumstances, especially when necessary to protect user safety or platform integrity.
5. Content Moderation Processes
Our content moderation process may involve a combination of:
- Automated Tools: We may utilize automated tools and technologies to detect potentially violating content (e.g., AI-powered content analysis, keyword filters). These tools are used to assist human reviewers and are not solely relied upon for making moderation decisions.
- Human Review: Content flagged by automated systems or reported by users is reviewed by human moderators who assess the content against these Community Guidelines and make moderation decisions.
- User Reporting: We provide mechanisms for users to report content or conduct that they believe violates these guidelines. We take user reports seriously and review them promptly.
6. Appeals Process
If you believe that content moderation action has been taken in error, you may have the opportunity to appeal the decision.
