1. Introduction

Parasuite360 (operating through parasuite360.com) respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how we address copyright infringement claims, especially when users store or organize publicly available links for personal use on our platform.

2. Respect for Copyright and Public Content

Even if content is publicly accessible online, it may still be protected by copyright. Parasuite360 allows users to store such links for personal use, not for redistribution. Users must understand that “publicly available” does not mean “free to use in any way.”

3. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for ensuring their actions on Parasuite360 comply with copyright laws and the original platform’s terms. This includes:

  • Using the Platform strictly for personal knowledge management.

  • Storing and organizing publicly accessible links for private reference.

  • Avoiding any unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation.

  • Respecting the terms of services of source platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo).

By using Parasuite360, you represent that your actions comply with copyright laws and third-party platform rules.

4. Takedown Notice Procedure

If you believe copyrighted material is being misused on Parasuite360, you may send us a Takedown Notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.

  • Specific details (URLs, filenames, timestamps) to help us locate the content.

  • Your contact information.

  • A good faith statement that the usage is unauthorized.

  • A declaration of accuracy under penalty of perjury.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send notices to our Designated Copyright Agent listed in Section 8.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed due to a mistake, you can submit a Counter-Notice with:

  • Details of the removed content and its previous location.

  • Your contact information.

  • A statement (under penalty of perjury) that the removal was incorrect.

  • Consent to jurisdiction in Delhi, India.

  • Your signature.

If the original complainant doesn’t take legal action within 7 days of us forwarding your Counter-Notice, we may restore the content.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user who receives multiple valid infringement notices may lose access at our sole discretion.

7. Disclaimer – Link Sharing & Personal Use

Parasuite360 helps users organize publicly accessible links for informational purposes. We do not host or control the content linked to, and we are not responsible for:

  • The copyright status of content accessed via user-stored links.

  • How users choose to use such content.

  • Any copyright infringement resulting from user actions.

We act only as an intermediary and respond to valid legal requests as outlined in this policy.
