1. Introduction
LAXMI ENTERPRISES (with laxmienterpriseshub.com ), operating the parasuite360 software platform (referred to as “parasuite360,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims related to content accessed or linked to through the parasuite360 Platform, specifically in the context of users sharing publicly available links for personal use.

2. Respect for Copyright and Publicly Available Content
We are committed to complying with applicable copyright laws and protecting the rights of copyright holders, even when content is made publicly available by others. We expect all users of the parasuite360 Platform to respect copyright law. While parasuite360 allows users to store and organize links to publicly accessible content for personal use, it is crucial to understand that making content publicly available online does not automatically mean it is free from copyright protection or that users have unlimited rights to download, store, or use it in all ways.

3. User Responsibility for Linked Content and Usage
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the parasuite360 Platform, including your storage and organization of links to publicly available content, complies with copyright law and the terms of service of the platforms hosting the original content. This includes understanding that even content accessible via a public link may still be protected by copyright.
You agree and acknowledge that:

  • parasuite360 is intended as a tool for personal knowledge management and organization of publicly accessible links. It is primarily designed to help users store and categorize links for their own private reference and study.

  • The parasuite360 Platform facilitates the storage of links and may download publicly available content associated with those links for personal use and features within the Platform (e.g., thumbnails, metadata, information extraction). This functionality is provided to enhance personal organization and knowledge management.

  • You must not use the parasuite360 Platform to engage in unauthorized distribution, commercial exploitation, or any other activity that infringes upon the copyrights of others, even when dealing with publicly available content. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing downloaded content publicly or commercially, or using downloaded content in a manner that exceeds fair use or other copyright exceptions in your jurisdiction.

  • You are responsible for verifying the terms of service of the original platforms hosting the content you link to (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, social media platforms). These platforms may have specific rules regarding downloading, embedding, and personal use of their content.

You represent and warrant that your use of the parasuite360 Platform and any content you link to or store through it will comply with all applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of relevant third-party platforms.
